the pill alters your hormones; how does that have anything to do with maturity? If you are underdeveloped, it can have so many ill effects on you. This isn’t really an accurate argument……
If you are not old enough to ovulate the hormones would not have the same effect because your body would not have the reaction. It’s an extra form of birth control. It’s purpose is to fool your body into thinking its already pregnant so that another egg does not attach. Your argument is ill informed
Also not that I want to bring up child rape, but clearly it wouldn’t be needed if puberty and menstruation has not begun. The FDA pushed for the age 15 based on level of understanding not physical side effects. That’s the whole debate
